House to take in the Sound
Edmonds, WA

A working couple intends to build the home they will live the rest of their lives in, on steep site overlooking the Puget Sound and the railroad just along the water. The only access is via a small private road at high side of the site. The challenge is to design a small, affordable building that can be phased in construction. The goal is to fit into the dramatic landscape.
