About Batt + Lear:

Batt + Lear is a family-run Seattle business, dedicated to building sustainably since 1999. We build and remodel homes to be highly energy-efficient, healthy, and durable through in-house design and construction. Our commitment to sustainability means using safe, healthy, and recycled materials, creating energy-efficient designs, and maintaining the integrity of the land and foundations we build on–all while investing in local craftspeople and artisans, and creating beauty in our wake. As a cohesive group of builders, designers, woodworkers, artists, and building science nerds, we are committed to building homes that you–and our planet–love.
